嘆キ使徒 ‎- ツ···ラ··ラ

sss
ツ···ラ··ラ is an EP by 嘆キ使徒 ‎that was self-released in 1997. This EP is visual kei. Its also only two songs, and only one is on YouTube.

私ノ静ム, the track that is on YouTube is really awesome. It has really heavy Japanese goth vibes and sound to it, especially with the vocals. Deep and sometimes drawn out. The instrument part of it fast and somewhat aggressive, lots of fast snares. Accompanied by lots of bass and some guitar accents. This is an awesome track.

Yikole – Getting Closer

Getting Closer is a single by Yikole that was released on the label International Furry Collective in 2016. This single is electro.

This is a really nice little release. The track is very melody driven and the melody is dope. It sounds pretty and somewhat melancholic.  There’s also a nice looped reggae stab with delay on it looping which helps create a richer soundscape and sounds really nice. This stuff is over a dubsteppy beat.

Suncross – Cailleach Storming at the Gates

Cailleach Storming at the Gates is a single by Suncross that was self-released in 2016. This single is black metal.

This is a great black metal track. If you listen to the different sides of black metal, you should be able to tell that odds are this one is going to be melodic, and yep it is. This band’s music is more melodic than some other black metal that I’ve posted before, and definitely has thought out structure and composition. The melodies are great, so is the atmosphere and vocals.

dpsmkr – zaza

gfs_12704_1_10
zaza is a single by dpsmkr that was released in 2015 on Plataforma Records. This track is post-rock and ambient.

This release is a really nice blend of the two genres I mentioned above. The track mostly consists of the same simplistic post-rock riff, repeatedly played. The repetition gets a nice vibe going and is very ambient. To help create the atmosphere there’s very quietly some growing reverb and synths and the sort in the background. This helps develop a richer sound as the track goes on. This is a really nice track~!

Also, I think the artist name, dpsmkr, is “dope smoker” without vowels and the space.

Christelle – Brouillard Sur Londres

5E0o4FSE4AQ
Brouillard Sur Londres is a single by Christelle that was released in 1985 on the label Slim Productions. This single is French pop.

This is a pretty nice little pop tune. Dated awesome melodies over very 80s sounded drums. Accompanied by Christelle’s singing which goes along perfectly with the melodies/vibe/tones. The melodies have a slightly serious feel to them, and the track doesn’t have a fun/happy sound to it, but still stays very poppy. Track uses both synths and guitars for the melody.

Amaka Hahina – Elsia Keth

5E0o4FSE4AQ
Elsia Keth is an album by Amaka Hahina that was self-released in 2001. This album is black ambient.

This album definitely has an awesome eerie vibe to it. The album basically entirely consists of an organ and vocals. The organ is slow and has a spooky evil feel, like its coming from a dark castle and is being played by a demented vampire. The vocals are mostly in regular black metal style, but also in a high pitched ghostly moaning. The vocals also have a nice delay on them which really helps build the atmosphere. There’s also some unknown sounds on it that also have delay on them. To top it off the album is just one lengthy track and also has a nice level of rawness to it.

Jennifer – Da-dee-da

Da-dee-da is a single by Jennifer that was released on the album Polydor in 1996, when she was just 16. This single is eurodance and euro house. There’s three versions of the track.

Da-dee-da is a dope eurodance track. Really upbeat with great melodies and vocals. It has an extremely clubby sound and vibe to it. The vocals, structure, and vocal chorus sounds very pop and this does have a rather mainstream sound to it. This is really nice club track~!

The alternate versions aren’t too different from the original but I’ll still link it, listen below~
